Refund & Return Policy

 1. Return Window

You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving the product.

 2. Eligible Reasons for Return

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product damaged on arrival

  • Expired product delivered

  • Packaging is defective or leaking

We do not accept returns for products simply because the customer no longer wants them.

 3. Replacement Only Policy

We offer replacements only, not refunds, for eligible returns.

 4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product delivered is wrong, damaged, expired, or has defective packaging, the company will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases (if any), return shipping is paid by the customer.

 5. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Product is opened or partially used

  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse

  • Return request is made after 10 days

  • Product label, seal, or packaging has been tampered with

  • Product is exposed to improper storage (heat, moisture, chemicals)

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
